Your game progress stays on your device. Google AdMob provides ads; watching rewarded ads is optional.
1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the Candy Escape iOS app and this privacy website. The developer is responsible for the app’s own data practices. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information, contact 316045346@qq.com.
2. Game data on your device
We store level progress, completed levels, the current board, hint balance, rewarded time, and sound and haptic preferences on your device to resume play and remember your choices. The app does not require an account and has no developer-operated server receiving or syncing these saves. Device backups may include this data, depending on your system and backup settings. The app does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The app uses Google AdMob’s Mobile Ads SDK and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for rewarded ads and applicable privacy choices. Google’s SDK may process IP addresses and inferred approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, app usage, crash reports and performance diagnostics. Purposes include ad delivery, measurement, analytics, service maintenance and fraud prevention, and personalization depending on your choices. Ads are preloaded after applicable privacy checks allow ad requests, so processing may occur before you choose to watch an ad. We do not obtain the IDFA advertising identifier without iOS permission; denying tracking does not mean ad services process no data. 4. Your advertising choices
Watching ads is optional. Rewarded ads provide more hints or extra time after a timeout; core gameplay remains available without watching them. Where applicable, the app presents a consent form and an “Ad privacy options” entry in the pause menu to review, change or withdraw relevant choices. You can also manage tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Turning off ad personalization does not necessarily stop advertising, measurement or fraud-prevention processing.
5. Sharing and international processing
We do not upload your local board or level-completion saves to ad services or sell those saves. Ad services directly process device and advertising information as described above. If you email us, the email service provider processes your message. Google, email and website hosting providers may process information outside your country or region; consult their policies for safeguards and processing practices.
6. Retention, deletion and your rights
Local saves and preferences remain on your device until app data is removed. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it while keeping its data, normally removes local data. Restoring a system backup may restore saves; manage backups through your system settings. We use the email address and content you send us to handle your request, retaining them only as needed for a response, follow-up support or applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by email. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent. Exercise rights over information controlled by ad providers through their policies; deleting the app does not delete data held by Google.
7. Children
We do not actively collect children’s names, dates of birth or contact details through in-game accounts or forms. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us can contact the email above so we can investigate and address the request. The advertising data practices described in this policy still apply.
8. This website and security
This policy website contains no ads or analytics scripts and does not itself set cookies. Hosting provider Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request information and access times to serve and secure the website and operate its services. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We use safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no storage or internet transmission is absolutely secure.
9. Updates
When features or data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date, with additional notice or consent where required by applicable law.
